At the Trees of Mystery you are greeted by a gigantic Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox. Paul really talks to you as you walk by. "Hey you! You With the blue sweatshirt! Yah, I'm talkin' to you..." Stuff like that. The kids got a huge kick out of it.
We are in Big Foot country.
Nature's Underpass
To the left you see the Family Tree. If you look closely, you can see that the large branches have their own full sized trees growing straight up from them. Cool!
To the right is the Candelabra tree.
I would never do that.
Maddie and Jessie
The Sky Trail was fun. It takes you up through the trees to a look-out area.
Afterwards we went across the street to the Forest Cafe and sat in the "Under River Area." Max yelled out, "Look at the Booty Ducks!!!" Then Maddie turned to me and said, "That would be a great name for a rock band."
